Visual: You are light as air and can float. You are very still, stationary, in a beautiful mist on a dark night. Simply by swimming your arms overhead, you can direct your weightless body effortlessly towards a beautiful heavenly light…while you listen.

 There you have it. When I started putting this playlist together it had no known direction. It spoke to me as I listened to the music. You have to be true to what the music tells you.  And the image of Swimming In A Mist appeared in my minds eye – Don’t ask me how… Step 1 complete.

As I worked, listening, searching, adding – I realized this is a very nice vibe feel. And it makes me want to move. Not in a typical “tease the dog” kind of dance move which I have some notoriety for, but a feel good dance move. Step 2 complete.

Then I thought of my kids. Both have been stressed out, for different daily reasons, but maybe also some of the serious ones too. Covid sucks unless you’ve had it. I’ve had it. They haven’t. Both of their live’s have been pretty much unstable, unsettled, lonely, with way too many unknowns. So I’m dedicating this feel good playlist to them. I hope it helps them feel good. Step 3 complete.

And then I thought of all the friends and family we all have, and the whole upside down world. So it’s for all of you to enjoy, move, and who knows; Maybe do a little Swimming In A Mist? And if not, Why Not!?
